Ethics & Integrity

In general, the use of good judgment, based on high ethical principles, will guide you with respect to lines of acceptable conduct, which is the responsibility of every Relias employee. However, sometimes we experience situations where we may not know what to do. Feel free to speak up if you need help with workplace issues and misconduct.

Use our “Open Door Policy” in HR and contact [email protected] or Nicole Matteson, Vice President, HR, to report an issue. Or, visit the Relias Integrity intranet site. Note – you must be on our network.

As a reminder, the Bertelsmann Code of Conduct is located on our Sharepoint Intranet policy page as well as our Employee Handbook. Both documents outline the behavior expected of all Relias employees.
